This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by DRAIN SIGHTS, L.L.C. ("Drain Sights," "Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and the Drain & Sewer services we provide. By using the Site, requesting or receiving our services, or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services. Text Message Program Terms & Conditions

By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling and dispatch updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, billing and service notifications, and customer support communications. We do not send promotional content without your separate, express consent.

Opt-In & Consent:

• You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in

• Consent is collected through forms on our website at https://getdrainsights.com or our scheduling forms, which include a dedicated SMS-consent checkbox, or when you provide your mobile number and agree while arranging service

• Opting in is never required as a condition of purchasing any service

• We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions

• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws.

Opt-Out Instructions:

• You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to the number that sent you messages

• You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in

• All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Message Frequency & Content:

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business and your appointment schedule

• Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested

• We do not send promotional content without specific consent.

• Customer support is available during regular business hours.

Carrier Information:

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 3. Our Services

DRAIN SIGHTS, L.L.C. is a licensed and insured Drain & Sewer specialist serving the Baltimore and Temple Hills / Washington, DC metro areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection and line locating, hydro-jetting, pipe descaling, sewer and water line replacement, sump pump replacement, basement water pumping, basement waterproofing, underground gutter cleaning and replacement, and mini bobcat and mini excavator work.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee that any specific service is appropriate for your property and is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by one of our technicians.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

We provide an upfront price before work begins. Estimates are based on the conditions known and visible at the time they are given. Because drain and sewer systems are often partly underground or concealed, additional issues may be discovered once work is underway, such as root intrusion, pipe collapse, scale buildup, or unexpected fittings. If completing the job requires work beyond the original scope, we will explain the issue and obtain your approval before performing additional work or charging additional amounts.

Payment is due as described on your estimate or invoice. Card payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe; DRAIN SIGHTS, L.L.C. does not store full payment-card details on its own servers. You are responsible for any reasonable costs we incur to collect past-due amounts, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Scheduling, Property Access & Cancellations

When you book an appointment, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to disclose known hazards (for example, the location of utilities, septic components, or prior repairs) where you are aware of them. You agree to secure pets and to keep the work area reasonably clear so our technicians can perform the service safely.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable trip or diagnostic fee for missed appointments or visits where access could not be provided, as disclosed to you at the time of booking.

6. Workmanship & Existing Conditions

We take care to perform clean, professional work. You acknowledge that drain cleaning, snaking, jetting, and related services are performed on existing plumbing and sewer systems whose age, material, and condition we do not control. Older, corroded, brittle, or previously damaged pipes can fail or leak during otherwise standard service despite proper technique. Where we identify that a system is fragile or compromised, we will inform you before proceeding so you can decide how to move forward.

Any workmanship guarantee we offer applies only to the specific work we performed, is subject to the terms stated on your invoice or written agreement, and does not cover new clogs, separate failures, customer misuse, or conditions outside the scope of the original service. We do not warrant that a cleared line will remain clear indefinitely where an underlying structural problem (such as a bellied, root-infiltrated, or collapsed line) remains unrepaired.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

This Site and all materials available on the Site are the property of DRAIN SIGHTS, L.L.C. and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, the "Drain Sights" name and marks, photos, and layout. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may download or print one copy of individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or distribute in any manner any material from the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRAIN SIGHTS, L.L.C. and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless DRAIN SIGHTS, L.L.C., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

Certain features, such as requesting a quote or booking an appointment, ask you to provide accurate, current, and complete contact and service information. If any feature creates a login or account for you, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or information, notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 17. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
